We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Documents Specialist with Portuguese language proficiency to support human resources documentation efforts on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and manage a variety of HR documentation in both English and Portuguese
• Develop and format professional documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR materials
• Support HR teams with documentation workflows and administrative tasks
• Translate or adapt HR content for Portuguese-speaking audiences as needed

Required Skills

• Portuguese language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in Human Resources documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
