Key Responsibilities

• Reconstruct and redesign PowerPoint presentations for clarity, visual impact, and professional polish
• Apply data visualization techniques to communicate HR and L&D insights effectively
• Craft visual storytelling narratives that align with organizational learning objectives
• Edit and refine written content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional tone
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, structured slide decks
• Apply critical thinking to assess content gaps and improve overall presentation quality

Required Skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint — advanced proficiency in slide design and reconstruction
• Presentation Design — strong aesthetic sensibility and layout expertise

This is a fully remote contractor engagement offering a competitive hourly rate of $150–$350 depending on experience and scope of work.
