This flexible, remote contract role is ideal for experienced HR professionals seeking to shape the future of workplace management through collaboration with cutting-edge AI systems.

• Review and refine AI-generated HR policies, handbooks, and process documentation.
• Evaluate outputs related to recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Provide structured feedback on compliance, clarity, and HR best practices.
• Stress-test AI outputs against real-world HR scenarios, including employee relations and retention strategies.
• Tag and organize HR/People Ops content by function, supporting benchmarking efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR, People Operations, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (advanced degree or SHRM/PHR preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse).
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in sensitive workplace issues.
