Join a pioneering AI research team as a Humanities AI Tutor, where your subject-matter expertise will directly shape the next generation of advanced AI models. This flexible, long-term contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading researchers, set quality standards, and make a significant impact on AI development.

• Guide research teams to bridge knowledge gaps and enhance AI model performance in Humanities and Social Sciences.
• Create and maintain annotation standards tailored to Social Sciences, ensuring data quality and rigor.
• Develop guidelines and evaluation frameworks to assess AI reasoning and task performance.
• Design challenging tasks and write accurate, well-structured solutions to Humanities problems.
• Evaluate tasks and solutions and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the US
• Master's or PhD in Humanities or Social Sciences
• At least 2 years of relevant experience at a reputable institution
• Familiarity with AI concepts
• Expertise in areas such as Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Anthropology, Religious Studies, History, Literature, or Philosophy
• Availability for 20–40 hours/week and participation in regular calibration calls
