Mercor is recruiting experienced Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Instructors to contribute to an exciting AI research project for one of the world's leading technology companies. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your professional expertise to design occupation-specific questions that will advance AI capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Use your professional experience to create and design questions related to HVAC and refrigeration instruction
• Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and development
• Work flexibly on your own schedule while meeting minimum hour requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-time work experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Instructor
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not compatible)
