Mercor is partnering with a leading AI research lab to advance multimodal machine learning systems. We're seeking detail-oriented freelance contributors to review multimedia content and evaluate AI-generated outputs. This short-term, fully remote role offers flexible hours and helps shape next-generation AI technology.

Role Overview

You'll review short video and audio clips, compare AI outputs, and provide quality assessments that directly improve machine learning models. This is an asynchronous, contract-based engagement with workload varying based on task availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate multimedia content including audio, images, and video
• Compare AI-generated outputs and select results that best meet quality criteria
• Tag and annotate clips to support AI training and benchmarking
• Follow project guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency); additional languages are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable working independently on repetitive tasks with sustained focus

Eligibility

Applicants must be based in the United States (excluding CA, CT, WA, and DC), United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.

Compensation & Benefits
