Image QA Expert | $50–60/hr | Remote (US Only)

Join a leading AI research lab's extended workforce as an Image QA Reviewer, where your attention to detail will directly shape the quality of next-generation AI training data. This is a structured W-2 position through Cincinnatus LLC, offering close collaboration with Research and Data Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate image datasets sourced from external vendors against defined quality standards and rubrics
• Identify inconsistencies, labeling errors, edge cases, and systematic quality failures, providing clear structured written feedback
• Contribute to the development of instruction specs and golden sample datasets used as internal quality benchmarks
• Collaborate directly with Researchers and Ops teams to scope data projects, define quality criteria, and support evaluation efforts

Core Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA, editing, reviewing, auditing, or annotation work (any domain)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply evaluation rubrics consistently and objectively
• Excellent written communication skills — able to document findings clearly and deliver actionable feedback
• Prior experience in AI training, model evaluation, or data annotation is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally
