In-House Counsel | $90–150/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in technology transactions and commercial contract work. You will play a critical role in protecting the organization's interests through precise contract drafting, negotiation, and review.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology-related contracts
• Redline and refine agreements to ensure legal accuracy and business alignment
• Advise on technology transactions, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts
• Identify and mitigate legal risks within contractual arrangements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to support deal execution

Required Skills

• Contract Drafting – Ability to produce clear, enforceable legal documents
• Technology Transactions – Experience with SaaS, licensing, and IP agreements
• Contract Negotiation – Skilled at reaching favorable terms efficiently
• Contract Redlining – Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and marking up agreements

Compensation
