Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology-related contracts
- Redline and refine agreements to ensure legal accuracy and business alignment
- Advise on technology transactions, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts
- Identify and mitigate legal risks within contractual arrangements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to support deal execution
Required Skills
- Contract Drafting – Ability to produce clear, enforceable legal documents
- Technology Transactions – Experience with SaaS, licensing, and IP agreements
