In-House Counsel | $90–130/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in commercial contract law, financial agreements, and corporate negotiations. You will play a critical role in protecting the organization's interests through precise contract management and strategic legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Draft and finalize agreements including MSAs, NDAs, and ISDA documentation
• Provide expert legal counsel on contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to reach favorable contract outcomes
• Maintain organized records of executed agreements and ongoing negotiations

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract redlining, drafting, and negotiation
• Strong working knowledge of ISDA agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Law degree (JD or equivalent) required; bar admission preferred
