About the Role:
Mercor is seeking contract analysts with litigation or corporate/transactional experience to support new Indian legal dataset projects. In this role, you’ll gather, organize, and validate publicly available legal and financial documents—contributing directly to the development, testing, and demonstration of advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents following project guidelines
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity for all compiled materials
Follow structured documentation processes to meet quality standards
Verify sources and ensure all data is gathered from public, verifiable platforms
Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet all deadlines
You’re a strong fit if you have:
Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work
Familiarity with Indian legal and regulatory document sources
Excellent attention to detail and structured documentation
Strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work quickly
Role Details:
Part-time, project-based (expected duration: 2–3 weeks)
Engagement: 10–20 hours per week, flexible based on availability
100% remote and asynchronous
Compensation & Legal:
Contractor role via Mercor
$30–$60/hour (based on experience and domain expertise)
Weekly payments via Stripe Connect
