micro1 is looking for a certified inpatient coder to work as a contractor on medical coding tasks. This is a remote, specialist position in the medicine domain.
What the Work Involves
- ICD-10-CM and ID-10-PCS coding
- MS-DRG assignment
- Clinical documentation review and medical record annotation
- Interpreting coding guidelines and applying them to records
- Ensuring data quality across coded records
Who This Role Is For
- CCS or CIC certification
- Strong ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding skills, including MS-DRG assignment
- Ability to interpret coding guidelines and review clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Careful attention to detail
- Experience with data quality assurance
Pay and Commitment
