AfterQuery is looking for experienced Insurance Experts to help shape the future of AI-driven insurance technology. In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate complex insurance scenarios used to train and refine AI models — ensuring they can accurately interpret underwriting principles, claims processes, and risk management strategies.

Your industry knowledge will serve as a critical bridge between real-world insurance practice and cutting-edge AI development, making a direct and meaningful impact on how AI navigates the insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine insurance industry challenges for AI training modules.
• Design realistic scenarios covering underwriting, claims management, and risk assessment.
• Evaluate AI responses to ensure accuracy, compliance, and industry relevance.
• Provide expert insight to improve model performance across various insurance products.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in insurance operations, underwriting, claims management, or risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of diverse insurance products and industry best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
