This role centers on crafting precise, compliant phone call scripts for benefits investigations related to infusion therapies. Your work will empower professionals to collect accurate eligibility and benefits details from payers, ensuring clarity and consistency in every interaction.

• Develop and refine phone scripts for payer calls regarding infusion therapy benefits.
• Integrate payer-specific requirements, including medical vs. pharmacy benefits, site-of-care rules, and prior authorization pathways.
• Translate complex payer notes into structured, natural-language questions.
• Design scripts to elicit clear, auditable responses from payer representatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance clarity, tone, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in infusion therapy, payer communications, or benefits investigation.
• Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, J-codes, ICD-10, and coverage modifiers.
• Strong understanding of insurance concepts for specialty drugs.
• Exceptional written documentation and attention to detail.
• Payer call experience is a plus.
