Intellectual Property Counsel | $100–200/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Counsel to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a skilled legal professional with a strong background in IP law, contract drafting, and negotiation who thrives in a remote, flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain legal playbooks to streamline IP-related processes and ensure consistency across engagements
• Perform thorough redlining of contracts and legal documents, identifying risks and recommending appropriate revisions
• Draft clear, precise, and enforceable IP-related contracts tailored to business needs
• Lead and support contract negotiations with partners, vendors, and clients to protect organizational interests
• Provide expert legal guidance on intellectual property matters across the organization
