Turing is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to help fine-tune cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT. This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical expertise to shape the future of AI in medicine — from the comfort of your own home.

What You'll Do

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios covering complex differential diagnoses, chronic care management, and acute care situations.
• Evaluate AI-generated medical responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence-based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties within AI systems.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow medical professionals to improve model quality and reliability.
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly informs next-generation AI development for clinical and educational applications.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree; active clinical practice within the last 3+ years.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Internal Medicine.
• Comprehensive knowledge across internal medicine — acute care, chronic disease, and preventive medicine.
• Ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, accessible language.
• Excellent written and spoken English; familiarity with digital medical tools is a plus.
• Education from a top-tier institution (e.g., Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, Oxford, or equivalent).

Engagement Details

• Commitment: 20–40 hours/week (minimum 4 hours/day, with PST overlap required)
