What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain core backend and frontend software components using Hack, JavaScript, and Python.
• Apply engineering expertise within a business context to deliver meaningful operational impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and analytics teams on large-scale strategic initiatives and ongoing operational challenges.
• Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies, developing robust, scalable solutions with a high degree of independence.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: PHP, Hack, Python, Java, or C++.
• Ability to write clean, self-documented code.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and 2D/3D tolerance analysis.

About the Role

This is a full-time, W-2 position employed through Cincinnatus, an enterprise staffing company partnering with top technology firms. You'll be embedded directly within a client's internal team, contributing to high-impact initiatives in a structured, role-based capacity.
