Investment Banking Analyst (AI Trainer) | $100+/hr | Worldwide Remote | Flexible 10–30 hrs/week

Turing is seeking experienced Investment Banking professionals to collaborate with AI researchers and help train the next generation of frontier AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible freelance role — no prior AI experience required.

Role Overview

You will apply your investment banking expertise — including M&A advisory, capital raising, financial modeling, and deal structuring — to evaluate and improve AI model performance in finance-related tasks. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI understands and operates within the world of investment banking.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate large language models (LLMs) on investment banking topics such as M&A deal analysis, LBO modeling, accretion/dilution analysis, and pitch book creation.
• Develop rubrics to assess model capabilities across deal structuring, valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comps), and due diligence.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to refine training methods, evaluation strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A advisory, ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, or restructuring).
• Strong command of financial modeling, deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Bonus Qualifications

• CFA (Level I, II, or III) or MBA in Finance.
