Investment Banking Expert | $175–$300/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banking Expert to deliver high-quality financial analysis, valuation work, and client-ready materials on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with deep investment banking experience to work flexibly while contributing to meaningful transactions and strategic engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support transaction analysis and strategic decision-making
• Conduct thorough company and industry research to inform investment theses and client recommendations
• Perform comparable company analysis and apply a range of valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, market multiples, etc.)
• Prepare and refine pitchbooks and other client deliverables to a presentation-ready standard
• Execute scenario analysis to evaluate potential outcomes and risks
• Conduct analytical reviews of financial statements and business performance
• Communicate findings clearly through strong written and verbal communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial advisory role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong command of valuation methodologies and transaction structuring concepts
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, analytical mindset
• Demonstrated ability to prepare polished, client-facing materials and presentations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines

This is a remote contractor role open to qualified candidates worldwide. Compensation ranges from $175 to $300 per hour based on experience and scope of work.
