Investment Funds Attorney | $90–130/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking an experienced Investment Funds Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in fund formation, fund management, and complex financial agreements. You will play a critical role in structuring and negotiating high-stakes transactions across a range of investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline a variety of legal contracts and agreements
• Negotiate terms with counterparties, investors, and institutional partners
• Advise on fund formation and ongoing fund management matters
• Structure and negotiate Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs)
• Handle ISDA Master Agreements and related documentation
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions from a legal perspective
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legal standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in contract redlining and negotiation
• Strong background in fund formation and fund management
• Hands-on experience with LPAs and ISDA agreements
• Familiarity with M&A transactions and related legal processes
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$90–$130 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
