Investment Services Expert | $90–110/hr | Worldwide Remote

Join Mercor as an Investment Services Expert and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven finance. This contract position offers flexible, fully remote work with competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to collaborate with a top AI research lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and ensure the accuracy of financial outputs produced by advanced AI systems.
• Calibrate AI decision-making for tasks such as valuation, modeling, and financial analysis.
• Simulate and audit workflows including pitch deck creation, comps analysis, and due diligence.
• Provide expert feedback on AI-generated investment documents and processes.
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to enhance system performance.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, preferably at top-tier firms in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
• Expertise in financial analysis, modeling (DCF, LBO, merger models), and valuation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and transaction processes.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, writing, and presentation skills.

Project Details:

• Immediate start, 1–2 month duration
• Part-time, ~20 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous
• Independent contractor status, weekly payments via Stripe Connect
• Performance-based weekly bonuses available
