About the Role:
Mercor is seeking seasoned Investor Relations professionals to join an AI research initiative aimed at replicating real-world investment banking and investor workflows. You’ll help develop, evaluate, and calibrate advanced AI agents designed to support investor relations and capital markets functions at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
Design realistic, high-quality prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in investor scenarios
Apply expertise in investor relations to simulate professional judgment and communication tasks
Translate complex financial concepts into structured, practical exercises to test AI reasoning and analytical depth
Ideal Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably at top-tier firms (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong familiarity with capital markets documentation, M&A cycles, and transaction processes
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
