- Tag and organize content by IT domain, supporting benchmarking efforts in IT service management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in IT support, systems administration, networking, or related roles.
- Degree or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (CompTIA, CCNA, AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting, security, and enterprise IT operations knowledge.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
