This is a short-term contractor engagement (up to 2 weeks) requiring 40 hours per week with 8 hours of overlap with PST, including weekend on-call availability.

About Turing

Turing accelerates the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems, partnering with leading AI labs to push frontier model capabilities in reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, and more — while building mission-critical AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Role Overview

As an AI Training Specialist, you will convert complex software engineering workflows, ITSM frameworks, SLA policies, and asset management protocols into structured parameters and deterministic spreadsheet models. You'll design, evaluate, and refine domain assets to ensure AI-generated outputs align with professional industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Domain Guidance & Guardrail Authoring: Define operational parameters and technical guardrails for AI tools handling IT ticketing, incident management, and software support workflows.
  • Golden Asset Construction: Build and verify reference IT dashboards, SLA tracking sheets, asset lifecycle rollups, and triage escalation logic in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Workflow & Dataset Co-Design: Design realistic IT service scenarios and validate domain context files, including system incident logs, post-mortems, and support playbooks.
  • AI Quality Audit & Sign-Off: Review, score, and refine AI-generated technical outputs to ensure alignment with professional software engineering and ITIL practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, IT operations, or technical support management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with issue trackers, ITSM helpdesks, SLA policies, escalation paths, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Strong ability to translate triage workflows, SLA timers, and incident rules into deterministic spreadsheet formulas.
  • Weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement is acceptable).
  • Personal desktop/laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

Engagement Details

  • Type: Contractor
  • Duration: Up to 2 weeks
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with 8 hours PST overlap
  • Availability: Weekend on-call required

Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form. Finalized candidates will proceed through a delivery review process.
