Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across diverse environments
- Apply networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations
- Manage tickets and document incidents using ITSM platforms
- Provide OS-level support across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Assist and communicate effectively with non-technical users
- Leverage your IT expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated responses
Required Skills
- Solid experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident documentation practices
- Proficiency supporting multiple operating systems
- Excellent communication skills for supporting end users
