Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across diverse environments
• Apply networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations
• Manage tickets and document incidents using ITSM platforms
• Provide OS-level support across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Assist and communicate effectively with non-technical users
• Leverage your IT expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated responses

Required Skills

• Solid experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident documentation practices
• Proficiency supporting multiple operating systems
• Excellent communication skills for supporting end users
