IT Support Specialist Expert | $45–$80/hr | Worldwide Remote | Async & Paid Weekly

AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced IT Support Specialists to help build troubleshooting scenarios used by frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve model judgment. This is a fully remote, asynchronous contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

• Design and document realistic IT troubleshooting scenarios that test AI model reasoning and decision-making
• Apply your hands-on enterprise IT experience to create accurate, nuanced problem sets across hardware, software, and networking domains
• Write clear, well-structured documentation that captures troubleshooting logic and reasoning

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT support, help desk, or system administration experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise environments such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or MDM tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking issues
• Excellent written English for clearly documenting technical reasoning
• Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week

• Rate: $45–$80/hr depending on experience
