About the Role:
Are you a Java expert ready to help teach tomorrow’s AI? We’re seeking coding specialists who live and breathe algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming—all fluently using Java. Your real-world coding expertise will be critical to challenging advanced language models, improving their reasoning, and building robust software training data.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with large language models in simulated engineering scenarios using Java.
Create and assess technical prompts covering topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, debugging, and distributed systems.
Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, code quality, and reproducibility.
Document and analyze model failure modes to improve prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Provide actionable feedback to harden AI reasoning and code fluency.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Demonstrated experience in Java—professional work, technical writing, or open-source contributions.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
Ability to communicate technical ideas with clear, step-by-step explanations.
