What Makes You a Great Fit:
1+ years of experience in software engineering from leading technology startups, hedge funds, Fortune 500 companies, or similarly rigorous environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) from a recognized institution in the U.S., Canada, or the UK.
Proven expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, C++, Java, React, Flutter, Rust, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Evaluate and compare outputs from large language models (LLMs) for quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Operate within Reinforcement Learning frameworks, managing unique constraints and challenges.
Engage in flexible, remote, asynchronous work.
