Join a specialized AI data project as a native-level Catalan Language Alignment & Resource Partner (LARP). You'll provide expert linguistic quality assurance and cultural consultation to help AI systems produce natural, accurate, and bias-free Catalan language outputs. This is a fully remote, independent contractor engagement with flexible scheduling.

Project Deliverables

• Data Annotation & Review: Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural appropriateness in Catalan.
• Quality Assurance: Serve as a primary quality checkpoint during production — identifying and correcting subtle linguistic errors and unnatural phrasing.
• Resource Development: Analyze quality trends and create structured educational resources and feedback documentation to improve AI output alignment.
• Production Support: Provide native-level vetting and specialized linguistic consultation throughout project scaling and production phases.

Required Expertise

• Background in linguistics, education, or a field requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Hands-on experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Catalan language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into clear, actionable educational materials.
• A meticulous eye for subtle unnatural phrasing and cultural nuance in native Catalan.
