Language Alignment & Resource Partner at Invisible Tech

Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Canadian French) | $6–$65/hr | Worldwide Remote | Freelance AI Trainer Project

We are seeking experienced, native-level Canadian French speakers to serve as Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) for a specialized AI data quality project. In this role, you will provide linguistic vetting, cultural consultation, and quality assurance to help AI systems produce natural, accurate, and culturally authentic Canadian French outputs.

Project Deliverables

• Data Annotation & Review: Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content for grammatical accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural appropriateness within the Canadian French context.
• Quality Assurance: Serve as a primary quality checkpoint during production, identifying and correcting subtle cultural inaccuracies or unnatural language patterns.
• Resource Development: Analyze quality trends and create structured educational resources and feedback documentation to improve AI output alignment with project goals.
• Production Support: Provide native-level linguistic vetting and specialized consultation throughout the project's production and scaling phases.

Required Expertise

• Background in linguistics, education, or a field requiring strong attention to linguistic detail
• Demonstrated experience in human data evaluation or annotation
• Verified Canadian French proficiency at C1 or C2 level
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into clear, actionable educational materials
• A meticulous eye for subtle unnatural phrasing and cultural nuance in Canadian French
