Turing is seeking a native Spanish (LATAM) speaker to serve as a Language Moderator for a cutting-edge multilingual AI data program. In this role, you will coordinate multi-speaker recording sessions, ensure audio quality, and manage session logistics to support frontier AI research and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide multi-speaker recording sessions that feel natural, engaging, and authentic.
• Create a comfortable environment that encourages real, dynamic conversations among participants.
• Oversee recording and transcription quality to ensure every session meets high project standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep sessions on track with minimal disruption.
• Manage schedules, participant readiness, and session logistics with precision.
• Maintain updated progress trackers and ensure clear visibility across all deliverables.
• Contribute to scaling a world-class multilingual data program through consistency and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Native proficiency in Spanish (LATAM).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple speakers, schedules, and sessions.
• Excellent attention to detail in handling files, trackers, naming conventions, and deliverables.
• Good ear for audio fidelity — ability to detect background noise, clipping, distortion, or channel bleed.
• Strong understanding of natural conversational speech patterns and multi-speaker dynamics.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured project workflows.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to coordinate remote contributors effectively.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contractor/Freelancer (no medical or paid leave benefits)
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Commitment: Minimum 4 hours/day, 40 hours/week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST
