AfterQuery is looking for experienced Law Enforcement Supervisor Experts to help shape the future of public safety technology. In this flexible, fully remote contractor role, you will design and evaluate supervisory scenarios used to train and refine AI models — bridging the gap between proven police leadership practices and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Create and refine realistic police leadership and supervisory scenarios for AI training purposes.
• Evaluate AI responses to complex law enforcement management challenges, ensuring accuracy and practical relevance.
• Test the AI's ability to interpret team leadership, operational decision-making, and community policing situations.
• Provide expert insight to help AI models navigate real-world law enforcement supervision with precision.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a police or detective supervisor (sergeant, lieutenant, or equivalent rank).
• Strong understanding of police operations, personnel management, and law enforcement procedures.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field preferred.

Compensation

$60 – $115 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
