Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents with precision and clarity
• Conduct foundational legal research to support case and contract work
• Identify risks, red flags, and problematic clauses during contract review
• Manage confidentiality obligations and navigate conflicts of interest appropriately
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language for non-lawyers
