We are seeking a skilled and versatile Lawyer to join our team as a contractor. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a legal generalist who can handle a broad range of legal tasks, from drafting documents to advising non-legal stakeholders on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents with precision and clarity
• Conduct basic legal research to support case preparation and advisory work
• Review contracts to identify risks, problematic clauses, and areas of concern
• Manage confidentiality obligations and navigate conflicts of interest appropriately
• Communicate and explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a generalist lawyer across multiple areas of law
• Strong contract review and risk assessment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High degree of professionalism and ethical judgment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is a contractor role offering competitive hourly compensation between $80 and $180 per hour, depending on experience and scope of work.
