Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents with precision and clarity
- Conduct basic legal research to support case preparation and advisory work
- Review contracts to identify risks, problematic clauses, and areas of concern
- Manage confidentiality obligations and navigate conflicts of interest appropriately
- Communicate and explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a generalist lawyer across multiple areas of law
- Strong contract review and risk assessment skills
