• Gather and structure publicly available legal and financial documents according to project requirements.
• Ensure all compiled materials are accurate, complete, and clearly organized.
• Follow strict documentation processes to maintain high quality standards.
• Verify sources and confirm all data is sourced from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of active legal practice in your domain.
• Experience in litigation or corporate/transactional law.
• Familiarity with South African legal and regulatory document sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines.
