Legal Content Reviewer - Special Needs Law | $110–140/hr | Remote

Mercor is seeking senior attorneys or legal academics with deep expertise in special needs planning and disability benefits law to review structured legal content for advanced AI evaluation. This is a part-time, project-based engagement spanning 4–6 weeks with approximately 5 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review legal documents and confirm alignment with relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks
• Validate content related to ABLE accounts, guardianship, and special needs trusts
• Ensure correctness and clarity on Medicaid eligibility and SSI application processes
• Provide expert feedback to improve dataset quality and legal accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously and meet all project deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in special needs law or related academic fields
• Deep expertise in trust structures and disability benefits law
• Advanced understanding of Medicaid and SSI regulatory standards
• Excellent analytical and legal writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Role Details:
