Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and contract analysis
• Manage and support eDiscovery processes, including data collection, review, and production
• Provide litigation support across various stages of legal proceedings
• Oversee and streamline contract management workflows and documentation
• Leverage AI and connector tools to enhance legal operations and efficiency
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
• Apply strong analytical and critical thinking to evaluate legal risks and opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven background in legal research, eDiscovery, and litigation support
• Experience with contract management platforms and processes
• Familiarity with AI tools and connector integrations in a legal context
