MICRO1 is seeking a skilled Legal Expert to join our team as a contractor. This is a generalist legal role ideal for a versatile attorney or legal professional with broad experience across commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions. You'll work remotely with flexibility while contributing to high-impact legal work across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts and SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Provide guidance on employment law matters and workplace compliance
• Support structured finance and private equity transactions
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions due diligence and documentation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards across jurisdictions
• Advise on data privacy laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
