About the work
Mercor is looking for experienced lawyers who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real legal work as it is done in mainland China.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal practice
- Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China
- Passed the PRC National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Exam, with deep knowledge of the PRC Civil Code and company, contract or employment law
Pay and schedule
- $85 per hour, paid hourly
- About 21 hours per week
- Pilot engagement running from Oct 23 to Nov 19
