- Implement and manage e-signature solutions across legal processes
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline legal research and document review
- Ensure regulatory compliance within the finance domain
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Legal Operations, eDiscovery, and Litigation support
- Strong background in Contract Management and Compliance
- Hands-on experience with E-Signature platforms
- Proficiency with AI tools, including ChatGPT, for legal applications
- Experience in the finance sector is highly preferred
