Key Responsibilities

• Support eDiscovery processes and litigation management workflows
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and compliance documentation
• Conduct thorough legal research to support organizational needs
• Implement and manage e-signature solutions across legal processes
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline legal research and document review
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the finance domain

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Legal Operations, eDiscovery, and Litigation support
• Strong background in Contract Management and Compliance
• Hands-on experience with E-Signature platforms
• Proficiency with AI tools, including ChatGPT, for legal applications
• Experience in the finance sector is highly preferred
