AFTERQUERY is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to develop real-world clinical social work scenarios used by leading AI labs to evaluate model behavior, ethical reasoning, and safety.

This is a flexible, fully remote, asynchronous contract role — ideal for practicing clinicians looking to contribute meaningfully to the responsible development of AI technology.

What You'll Do

• Design and write nuanced clinical social work scenarios that test AI model judgment and safety
• Apply your expertise in case conceptualization, crisis intervention, and safety planning to create realistic, high-quality content
• Produce clear, well-documented clinical narratives in written English
• Collaborate asynchronously with a team focused on AI safety and alignment

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LCSW license in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of clinical practice post-licensure
• Demonstrated experience in case conceptualization, safety planning, and crisis intervention
• Strong written communication skills for clinical documentation
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week
