Turing is seeking an experienced Lifestyle, Family, and Media Subject Matter Expert to help fine-tune large language models grounded in household and personal productivity domain logic. This is a hands-on practitioner role focused on translating real-world family systems—chore rotations, schedule management, media curation, pet logging, and subscription tracking—into deterministic AI-ready logic and spreadsheet structures.

About Turing

Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing AI companies, accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems. We partner with leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities and build real-world AI solutions for mission-critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Author Skills & Guardrails: Define discovery parameters (household size, member roles, recurring routines, subscription sets) and operational guardrails such as chore fairness rules, renewal alert cutoffs, and age-appropriate task/media flags.
  • Context & Workflow Co-Design: Collaborate on interview workflows and validate context files including family calendars, subscription lists, and media watchlists.
  • Grounding Golden Assets: Verify task rotation logic, schedule rollups, subscription-cost calculations, and validation lists across flagship tools like family command centers and media trackers.
  • Peer Review & Sign-Off: Review counterpart deliverables prior to QC and sign off to ensure outputs align with professional organizing and lifestyle management standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in household or lifestyle management, professional organizing, productivity system design, or media/content curation.
  • Deep, hands-on familiarity with family schedule coordination, rotating task distribution, subscription auditing, vehicle and pet logging, and collection management.
  • Strong professional writing skills with the ability to translate daily routines and scheduling rules into deterministic spreadsheet formulas and validation structures.
  • Experience conducting peer reviews and working in paired, quality-benchmarked environments.
  • Personal desktop or laptop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

Engagement Details

  • Type: Contractor
  • Hours: 40 hours/week with 8 hours of overlap with PST
  • Duration: Up to 10 weeks

Evaluation Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a Job Interest Form.
