Linguistic Expert – Tagalog | $50–70/hr | Philippines

Join a leading AI research initiative as a Linguistic Expert specializing in Tagalog. This part-time role (20–30 hours per week) offers you the opportunity to shape the future of AI language systems by ensuring Tagalog outputs are accurate, fluent, and culturally relevant.

• Responsibilities:
  • Review and annotate AI-generated Tagalog text for accuracy and cultural alignment.
  • Provide expert feedback on grammar, semantics, style, and tone.
  • Develop guidelines to ensure consistency in AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with researchers to address language-specific challenges.
  • Recommend improvements for training datasets and linguistic rules.
• Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Tagalog and fluency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and stylistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Literature, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • Experience in linguistic annotation, translation, or content review preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI or NLP is a bonus, but not required.
