Mandarin Linguistic QA Expert | $30–50/hr | Worldwide Remote

Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab for a Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert with a healthcare background. This is a short-term, part-time engagement (3–4 days per week) lasting 2–3 weeks, focused on evaluating Mandarin-language healthcare conversations in AI-generated systems.

Responsibilities

• Review approximately 100 Mandarin-language healthcare conversations per week
• Assess medical appropriateness, clarity, tone, and contextual accuracy
• Provide detailed written QA feedback on conversation quality
• Flag linguistic issues, safety concerns, or contextual inaccuracies
• Participate in daily end-of-day (EOD) check-ins with the team

Requirements

• Native or near-native Mandarin fluency
• Professional healthcare background (nursing experience preferred, not required)
• Strong written communication and feedback skills
• High attention to detail and ability to evaluate nuanced medical language
