Key Responsibilities
- Design rigorous literature-based tasks spanning diverse genres, time periods, and analytical frameworks
- Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards
- Develop prompt variations based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience
- Identify and document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight or accuracy
- Collaborate asynchronously with peers and researchers through structured feedback and shared documentation
Ideal Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Literature, English, or related humanities discipline
- 2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, or publishing
- Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works
- Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills
- Ability to assess reasoning and articulate feedback clearly
