Help shape the future of artificial intelligence by creating sophisticated literary tasks that assess and enhance AI systems' capabilities in complex interpretation, synthesis, and analytical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design rigorous literature-based tasks spanning diverse genres, time periods, and analytical frameworks
• Edit and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, interpretive depth, and alignment with academic standards
• Develop prompt variations based on response length, tone, style, and intended audience
• Identify and document model failure cases where AI outputs lack insight or accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously with peers and researchers through structured feedback and shared documentation

Ideal Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Literature, English, or related humanities discipline
• 2+ years of experience in literary teaching, research, or publishing
• Strong grounding in both canonical and contemporary literary works
• Exceptional writing, editing, and interpretive skills
• Ability to assess reasoning and articulate feedback clearly
