Litigation Associate | $150–$300/hr | Worldwide Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney with a strong background in federal and civil litigation who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents for federal and civil court proceedings
• Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pre-trial through trial and post-trial matters
• Navigate federal court procedures and ensure full compliance with applicable rules and deadlines
• Conduct legal research and develop compelling litigation strategies
• Represent clients effectively in federal and civil court settings
• Collaborate with senior counsel and clients to assess case strengths, risks, and outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Motion Drafting — demonstrated ability to craft persuasive, well-researched legal motions
• Federal Litigation — hands-on experience litigating in federal courts
• Civil Litigation — strong command of civil litigation processes and strategy
• Federal Court Experience — familiarity with federal rules, procedures, and court culture
• Civil Procedure — deep understanding of procedural rules governing civil cases
• Trial Experience — proven ability to prepare for and participate in trials

Compensation

This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate of $150–$300/hr, commensurate with experience and expertise.
