Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and refine legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence

- Represent clients' interests with precision and professionalism throughout all stages of litigation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in US Law and litigation procedures
- Exceptional legal drafting abilities across a range of document types
- Demonstrated litigation mastery, including courtroom and pre-trial experience
- Strong proficiency in case theory development and application
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
