We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to apply their expertise in US law and litigation strategy in a fully remote, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft, review, and refine legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
• Develop and apply compelling case theories to support client objectives
• Conduct legal research and provide sound, strategic legal counsel
• Represent clients' interests with precision and professionalism throughout all stages of litigation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in US Law and litigation procedures
• Exceptional legal drafting abilities across a range of document types
• Demonstrated litigation mastery, including courtroom and pre-trial experience
• Strong proficiency in case theory development and application
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
