We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with a strong command of US law, sharp drafting abilities, and proven courtroom expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial contract litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision
• Develop and apply compelling case theories to support client objectives
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on complex disputes
• Manage case timelines, deadlines, and litigation strategy effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in US Law with a focus on commercial contracts and litigation
• Exceptional legal drafting skills across a variety of legal documents
• Demonstrated litigation mastery, including trial and pre-trial experience
• Strong ability in case theory development and application
• Active bar membership in good standing

Compensation & Details
