We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate to join our legal team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to apply deep domain expertise in a flexible, fully remote engagement.

About the Role

As a Litigation Attorney, you will handle complex commercial real estate disputes, develop compelling case theories, and provide expert legal counsel. You will be responsible for all phases of litigation, from case assessment through resolution, while producing high-quality legal drafts and strategic documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate commercial real estate disputes from inception to resolution
• Develop and apply sound case theories to support client objectives
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on US law matters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations, hearings, and proceedings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in US Law and litigation practice
• Strong proficiency in legal drafting and written advocacy
• Proven litigation mastery across all stages of dispute resolution
• Solid experience in Commercial Real Estate litigation
• Ability to apply strategic case theory effectively
• Active bar admission in a US jurisdiction required

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $100–$150/hr (based on experience)
