Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters involving shareholder agreements and LLC structures
• Develop and apply sound case theory strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes
• Draft, review, and refine legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide expert legal counsel on US corporate and business law matters
• Manage cases from inception through resolution with precision and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in US Law, with a focus on shareholder and LLC legal matters
• Strong litigation mastery with a track record of successful case management
• Exceptional legal drafting skills across a variety of documents and filings
• Ability to develop and execute effective case theory strategies
• Active bar membership in good standing

Compensation & Details
