Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters involving shareholder agreements and LLC structures
- Develop and apply sound case theory strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes
- Draft, review, and refine legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Provide expert legal counsel on US corporate and business law matters
- Manage cases from inception through resolution with precision and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven expertise in US Law, with a focus on shareholder and LLC legal matters
- Strong litigation mastery with a track record of successful case management
- Exceptional legal drafting skills across a variety of documents and filings
- Ability to develop and execute effective case theory strategies
- Active bar membership in good standing
Compensation & Details
