Litigation Lawyer (Spain) | $140–150/hr | Remote (Spain)

Mercor is partnering with a leading legal AI company to evaluate how well AI systems handle real questions of Spanish law. We are seeking experienced litigation and disputes lawyers based in Spain to serve as expert AI reviewers on a flexible, hourly contractor basis.

What You'll Do

• Run identical prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms and compare outputs side by side
• Score each AI response against a standardized evaluation rubric
• Submit concise, well-reasoned written feedback for every evaluation
• Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of law firm experience (3+ preferred) in litigation, disputes, or contentious practice
• In-house candidates considered only if they transitioned within the last 2 years from a law firm litigation role
• Qualified to practise in Spain (colegiado/a), with strong command of Spanish litigation and procedural law
• Native or fluent Spanish with precise written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently to a rubric and delivering on deadlines

Logistics

• Initial commitment: approximately 10 hours, with strong potential for ongoing work
• All work is covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
